How Tony Petrello Has Given Back To The Broader Community

Back in the early 1990s, Tony Petrello made a big career move for him. He was a partner at a New York City law firm at the time and in this role he had done some legal work for Nabors Industries. He did such a great job that Nabors Industries, operationally based in Houston, Texas, wanted him to work for them as one of their top executives. Before long he was the named as the chief executive officer of this firm and he and this company have been very successful.

Tony Petrello is also a philanthropist who has given a lot of money away over the years. One example of this took place after Hurricane Harvey had slammed into the greater Houston area causing widespread devastation. Nabors Industries was one of the first companies to respond to this disaster. Many employees took time off work to help out in their areas and Tony Petrello put out the word that they would receive full pay during this time. The employees spread out along the Gulf Coast helping out where they could. The also started to raise money which would be used to help people who suffered damages. The raised a total of $173,622 which he doubled by matching their contributions.

Over the years Nabor Industries has helped out several charities, both local ones as well as national ones. Some of these are Bike MS and the Susan G. He funded it with $150,000 and after he created it many other Yale alumni chipped in money to this fund. As Tony Petrello found this encouraging he added another $150,000 to it. This money has since been used to help pay for the tuition costs for many students at this university.

The Chainsmokers Sell Albums Because They Are Relatable To

Before walking out on stage, the Chainsmokers spoke with reporters to talk about their latest release and how it feels to remain at the top of the music charts for many years. While being invited to perform for a special invite for the American Express and Hilton card member special event, the group spoke about how their latest single has turned to a different direction than what they have been used to.

The Hilton brand has partnered with American Express in order to create a new buzz and in order for this to happen, the hotel brand invited guests to come and watch the latest performance.

At the start of the 2018 year, the Chainsmokers released the “Sick Boy” single. This single is just one of the many of new releases they will put out for the year. They have spent the last nine months preparing for the release which is a long time compared to what they have been used to in the past. Before this latest single, the group was releasing new music almost monthly.

For the Chainsmokers, they receive their ideas for their music through the struggles they face and endure daily to help them to write their music. What or how everyone else interprets it is up to them. This is something that all artists have to listen to and respect that are in the music business.

Through social media, artists will release different things that they want others to see to keep them current and up to date on what celebrities are doing. With a high presence in social media, artists and actors and actresses are able to be more relatable to because others can see that their lives are just like anyone else’s. How you choose to use your presence on the social media is up to you.

For the band, when asked about how the latest single went to a dark place, they are asked about if this was something that was more personal than other songs. For the band, it is something about the band and their everyday struggles but it is also about how the world is struggling day to day to get by.

The band wants others to know how they handle themselves through everyday struggles because they let them in on what they are doing. Because they let others know through song, it will be easier to relate to when spotting them on your social feed or through social applications like Instagram.

Bruno Fagali in the Fight Against Photoshop Advertising

Bruno Fagali is a human rights activist and ethical lawyer. He has represented many clients who have had their rights infringed upon by corporations. He brings litigation to the table that equalizes the playing filed for everyone in the legal process. His strong sense of social responsibility is part of what makes him a great attorney and he is one who can rarely be beaten. If you examine his track record you will be impressed by his amount of victories. One of his major opponents has been the advertising industry. Companies in this industry have engaged in practices that are harmful to humanity for ages. They have been allowed to lie and misrepresent what they are selling to the public. This is unacceptable to Bruno fagali. He has joined forces with his popular law firm and created a blog that exposes the practices that he is fighting against.

The most devious practice (at least one of the most devious) that advertising agencies engage in is Photoshopping their models. This practice has been going on for a long time and it is highly harmful to young women and teens. When they see these models with unrealistic proportions they are forced to wonder what they would look like if they dieted. This causes most women to go over the edge and starve themselves or begin vomiting. This practice is widespread and highly dangerous.

Governments around the world have taken notice of this phenomenon and have taken steps to change it. They have introduced legislation to force ad companies to reveal when they are using Photoshop. This Photoshop Alert will be the main point that keeps companies from misleading consumers with their products. If a company is caught using Photoshop and does not use the alert they will be subject to fines and penalties.

Brazil is set to be the next country to implement this Photoshop Alert and Bruno Fagali is all in favor of using it. The health department has reported that thousands of adolescents suffer from anorexia and bulimia because of unrealistic body expectations. It is killing our youth and Bruno fagali wants to stop it.
