Even though he only came for a Ph.D. in chemistry, he decided to stay back and work on the untapped potential that the city of New Brunswick had to offer. He set a few goals in mind and decided to pursue them with the company. He began by constructing residential buildings and properties to make the living conditions better for the people living there. He then decided to build commercial properties in the city, to entice companies and businesses to set up their bases there. Numerous other structures soon followed, ranging from hospitals to education centers. Soon, New Brunswick became the new commercial hub, with people flocking to be a part of these new projects.
